crazeecookie's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~*The Age Difference*~ I don’t have school today or tomorrow. At first I was happy, then I realized all the homework my teachers had given me to make up for those two day and almost instantly my happiness was gone. LOL!! Sike naw! I’m still pressed as a fresh pair of Jordans that I don’t have school. I talked to my friend Andre from ninth grade today. Okay, back then I was a freshman and he was a senior but we had class together and we were friends and we keep in touch and talk like once or twice a year. I left him a note on his Blackplanet page a few weeks ago with my cell number just saying hello and he wrote me back with his cell number. I called him today and we talked for a little while (he doesn’t have that much daytime minutes on his phone) and it was nice. I liked him back then but him and me are/were friends and he is such a cool and crazy person. Today we talked and he was so mature! I swear that was not the same crazy Dre I remember from High School. So we’re talking about college and he was asking me where I plan on going to school and stuff like that and I was asking him how he like Morgan State. Then Dre goes what are you know a senior of a junior. I tell him I’m a junior and he’s like Wow! I just realized the age difference between us. I’m like it’s only three years. He’s like yeah..I guess when we’re older it won’t seem like that much. Hmm..I’m wondering what that is supposed to mean. I mean I do like him, but it’s still one of those kiddy crushes where you look at a person with you mouth wide open and drool comes out. LOL. It’s weird because he’s the coolest person I’ve met in my whole life. I’d never want to be like I have feelings for him because it might be weird and he’s so cool…it’d be so different and I think my friendship with him matters a lot more to me then my little feelings for him. Like I say everyday. Being sixteen is not easy.
